Description: Odyssey? My life has certainly been one. I have had huge successes and equally sized failures. My life has been intense and adventurous; consequently many body parts have been broken and/or rebuilt including a broken neck and back. All of these adventures and many morre happened while I was in the staffing business. This business saved my life and gave me everything. My passion for recruiting and my desire to pass on what I have learned to as many people as possible is what inspired this blog

Why do so many people wait six+ months to fix their job search?
My greatest frustration as a job search coach is watching so many people wait so long to take advantage  of professional help that by the time they act it is  almost to late. By the time they feel desperation they are out of money,in a panic and are condemned to continuing with the same...

The New Year & your job search
There will be no positive changes in the job market during the first quarter. In fact some time during the first half of the year the government will be forced to pull back on its attempts to prop up the present economy through the creation of massive debt. Despite what this administration is...

How to choose a job search partner
