Pluck is a "social media solution" provider in Austin Texas - who today launched a blog-aggregation program called BlogBurst, that collects and ships blog content to online newspapers. It'll be interesting to see how this pans out - another content provider, Newstex, has been doing the same thing since January, although the target market's a bit different. Newstex supplies the financial, government, and entertainment sectors with news and commentary; Pluck seems to be targeting only newspapers so far. One question that occurs to us is where the blog content will be located on any given newspaper's website, and what will it look like? Pluck gives an example of an individual post, but there's nothing like seeing it in action.
